Professional psychotherapy is regulated by the government for the purpose of diagnosing and treatment mental health related issues. Psychotherapy tends to focus on the past for the purpose of building understanding. Coaching is future-oriented, with the goal to maximize your parenting potential. Coaching is a transformative process for personal awareness and growth.
Coaching is not covered by insurance, nor are Flex Funds authorized to be used for coaching.
